Leads that arrive knowing what the job is worth.
A glazing business with a strong trade reputation, low intent enquiries coming off the website and a customer base sitting in a file nobody could use.

Why the leads were not converting
Clonmel Glass & Mirrors had a strong trade reputation across Tipperary and Munster but a marketing operation that wasn’t pulling its weight. Lead generation was sporadic, the website was bringing in low-intent enquiries and the few leads that did come through weren’t converting on the phone because they didn’t understand the value of what was being offered.
The existing customer base, thousands of records, was sitting in a messy file the business couldn’t actually use for repeat marketing. And the counter team had no consistent reference for pricing walk-in framing jobs, slowing turnaround at the till.
What we built
We treated the marketing operation as a connected system and rebuilt each piece in turn.
Targeted Meta ad campaigns were built for the highest-value services and pointed at branded landing pages designed for mobile-first conversion, with leads flowing directly into the CRM.
We tackled the value problem head-on with a dedicated retrofit funnel that reframes the offer and educates the customer before they ever reach the phone, so quotes get accepted instead of ghosted.
We cleaned and restructured the customer database into a usable asset for ongoing marketing and outreach, and built the counter team a laminated framing price card so walk-in quotes are consistent and fast.
What changed
The enquiries coming in are worth having. Campaigns point at the services with the margin in them rather than whatever gets clicks, so the phone rings about the right jobs.
A customer arriving on the phone already knows roughly what a retrofit involves and why it costs what it costs. The funnel does that work before the call, so the conversation starts from a fair expectation rather than sticker shock.
Every lead lands in the CRM instead of an inbox, so nothing depends on somebody remembering to follow it up.
The customer base is usable. Thousands of records that sat in a messy file are now a structured database the business can actually market to, which means repeat work is a decision rather than a hope.
At the counter, walk-in framing jobs get quoted off a consistent price card, so the same job gets the same price whoever is serving.
