We tackled the value problem head-on with a dedicated retrofit funnel that reframes the offer and educates the customer before they ever reach the phone, so quotes get accepted instead of ghosted.
We cleaned and restructured the customer database into a usable asset for ongoing marketing and outreach, and built the counter team a laminated framing price card so walk-in quotes are consistent and fast.
